Dear Vehicle Owner, If a Safety System Isn’t Verified, Your Repair Isn’t Complete

Would you let your mechanic give you back a car with untested brakes?

Of course not.

Then why let them give you back a car with uncalibrated radar — the system responsible for automatically braking to avoid a crash?

When you leave the shop, you deserve more than shiny paint and a straight bumper. You deserve a vehicle that functions safely — exactly as the manufacturer intended.

If the insurance company says “it’s just a driver assistance system,” remind them:

“It’s not passive. It’s proactive. And if it reacts incorrectly, I could get hurt — no matter how alert I am.”

What to Say to the Adjuster:

“This safety system controls braking, steering, or collision alerts. If it's not verified, the vehicle isn't safe. I'm not accepting that risk — and you shouldn't either.”
