Dear Vehicle Owner, “There’s No Light On” Isn’t a Good Enough Answer

We’ve all been trained to trust warning lights. But here’s the twist:

Your car’s most important safety systems — like automatic braking or blind spot detection — don’t always throw a warning light when they’re misaligned.

They just quietly… don’t work.Or worse, they activate at the wrong time.

That means your emergency braking might fail completely — or trigger while you’re driving 75 mph under an overpass, causing a panic stop and possibly a crash.

What to Say When the Adjuster Says “It’s Fine”:

“Can you show me documentation from the manufacturer saying no calibration is needed?”
If they can’t?They’re guessing. You’re risking.
